Purchasing a plugin from Kestrel will create and automatically renewing annual subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each year until cancelled — you’ll get an email notification when it does, and you can cancel from your account at any time.

A subscription provides you with the following access:

  • Upgrades for new features we add to the plugin
  • Compatibility updates for WooCommerce and WordPress changes
  • Patches for bug fixes
  • Security updates
  • Support (ticketed via email) with our help desk

If you cancel your subscription, the plugin will continue to work on your site; you will lose access to updates, including security fixes, and support. We cannot guarantee that, once a plugin is no longer updated, it will remain compatible indefinitely with WordPress and WooCommerce. While compatibility is a huge focus for our team, our crystal ball won’t tell us what will happen in WooCommerce two years from now. 🔮

Your ongoing payment covers continued development and improvement of our plugins, as well as support. We welcome any questions or feedback you have about our plugins!

How can I cancel a subscription?

Active subscriptions renew at the current price, even if the plugin price increases. If you cancel your subscription, reactivating it will use the current price, even if it’s higher.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account (and we would love to hear your feedback on why you’d like to cancel, we promise we put all feedback to good use!).

  1. Log into your Account.
  2. Go to the “Subscriptions” tab.
  3. Click “Cancel” in the Actions column.
  4. Confirm your cancellation.

If you cancel, you will receive upgrades, fixes, and access to support until the end of your pre-paid period.
