Trusted by 15,000+ stores using Kestrel plugins
Lightweight WooCommerce wallet plugin

Every refund that goes back to a payment processor is revenue walking out the door. Every customer re-entering card details is friction between them and their second purchase.

Account Funds removes both barriers. Customers deposit funds once and check out with a click. Refunds can become store credit they can spend immediately. Cashback rewards give them a reason to come back. It’s a WooCommerce wallet plugin built to turn first-time buyers into repeat customers through the strategic use of store credit.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Need something else? Reach out to support.

Can customers use partial wallet balance for an order?

Yes. If a customer’s wallet balance doesn’t cover the full order total, they can apply what they have and pay the remaining amount with another payment method. The checkout handles this automatically.

How do refunds to store credit work?

When processing a refund, you can credit the amount directly to the customer’s wallet instead of refunding through the original payment method. They get instant access to the balance, the money stays in your ecosystem, and they have a reason to come back and spend it.

How does cashback work?

Configure cashback as a percentage or fixed amount. When customers make a purchase, the cashback is automatically credited to their wallet balance. It’s a built-in reason to come back for their next order.

Does Account Funds work with WooCommerce Subscriptions?

Customers can use their wallet balance to pay for subscription orders, including renewals. This can help reduce failed payments since the funds are already in their account.

Can I manually adjust customer wallet balances?

Yes. From your WooCommerce dashboard, you can credit or debit any customer’s wallet balance. Useful for issuing promotional credits, correcting errors, or allocating B2B allowances.

Does it integrate with memberships?

Yes. Pair Account Funds with Constellation to offer member-only wallet bonuses, special cashback rates for VIPs, or automatic credits when members join or renew.
