Turn goodwill into repeat orders. Issue credit, sell credit, and let customers spend it over time.

Create flexible, balance-based credits that behave like store money. Send credits for VIP perks or service recovery, sell giftable credit, and track redemptions cleanly at checkout.

Why store credit?

Recover revenue: resolve issues with credit and keep shoppers coming back.
Increase lifetime value: balances nudge customers to return and complete the next order.
Frictionless UX: credit applies at checkout like money.

What you can do

Issue credit

Create personal credits for customer care, partial refunds, or loyalty wins.

Sell credit

Offer store credit as a product for self-use or gifting. Configure SKU, pricing, and balance rules.

Redeem over time

Customers spend down balances across multiple orders until the amount or expiry runs out.

Control the rules

Limit by products/categories, allow or block stacking with other coupons, include/exclude tax or shipping.

How it works at checkout

Customer applies their credit code during checkout.
The discount is calculated against eligible items per your rules (before/after tax, with/without shipping).
Remaining balance stays available for future purchases until exhausted or expired.

Example: A $50 credit used on a $30 order leaves $20 for later. If the next cart totals $60, the shopper pays the $40 difference.

Popular use cases

Service recovery: offer credit in lieu of refunds to retain the relationship.
VIP perks: surprise & delight high-value customers with occasional balances.
Gifting: sell store credit as a simple, no-guess gift option.
Education & classes: let customers pre-pay credit to book sessions over a month.
Wholesale: distribute credit to reps/distributors for promos without one-off codes.
