Smarter order management starts with better visibility.
Automatically or manually tag orders, filter by tags, and manage your store at scale — without digging through endless details.

Run your store like clockwork

When your store grows, keeping up with order volume gets messy fast.
Order Tags for WooCommerce helps you bring order to the chaos.

No more guessing, no more spreadsheets — just clear, color-coded insight into what’s happening across your orders.

Why store owners love it

“Made order processing much easier. We tag orders when they come in, then filter by tags when preparing shipments. 😁”

Real-world example

Helen runs a WooCommerce store selling bespoke jewelry. She likes to send gifts to loyal customers who’ve placed 10, 25, or 50 orders. With Order Tags, she automatically applies milestone tags to qualifying orders — so her fulfillment team instantly knows who gets a gift.

What used to be manual tracking is now fully automated, boosting loyalty and saving hours every week.

Works perfectly with your workflow

Once tags are set, they appear everywhere you need them:

In the Orders list, with full color indicators
Inside the Order details view
Within your dashboard filters
Through bulk actions for fast tagging and cleanup

No code. No fuss. It just works.
